A member of my group became unwell at closing time. We had to call an ambulace.The 2 ladies were absolutely fantastic. They were 100% so kind to us all especially as we had a child with us.what amazing kind people they are. They wouldn't have got home for 2 plus hours after closing. Costa you have lovely staff.
We regularly go here (me, wife and our 3 girls). The staff are always friendly and kind, the service speedy, and there is almost always plenty of room to sit down. I've only had one dudd coffee in 5 years... only one... so no I didn't complain! Some of these negative reviews are hilarious - get real people. Damn good coffee shop. Thanks to all the lovely staff :-)
All the staff are amazing! They are always welcoming and say hello to customers, they have recently employed a new manager, but I'm yet to see him actually do anything.

Worth a visit Michael and Jake were super hospitable, very sympathetic, positive and reassuring towards me while I cried about my puppy who was in surgery at the nearby vets and made me a lovely latte which as all coffee lovers know, always makes any situation a little easier to cope with. The place was clean bright welcoming and tidy and I will definitely be back again another day. (just in case the team get to see this, Puppy is doing well and on her way to a full recovery all being well.) Thanks for being such superstars, see you all again soon
